I use this method for my fh but would like a method for the one handed bh. I know wawrinka seems to use racquet out to side a bit, and for a two hand Agassi held racquet out.

Yes, it is tough on the one and two handed backhand. Players do exactly what you described using the arms away from their body on the take back to help measure the ball on the backhand side. Thanks for bringing that up.

Hugely helpful, Kevin. I have been trying to use my left arm, but all these details are making it so much clearer! Thank you!

I don’t know whether it’s just me or if perhaps everyone
else experiencing issues with your site. It looks like some
of the text in your posts are running off the screen. Can someone else please comment and let me know if this is happening to them as well?
This may be a problem with my browser because I’ve had this
    happen before. Kudos
